How We Convert Client Ideas Into Attractive Website Designing

It was 6 month a ago when a client with an idea of having company website enters in our office

. He met with our Customer relationship Manager (CRM) and tells about the need. CRM send that man to the Planning department where he treated well. Planning team member who was dealing with him, encourage him to spoke and so we start translating the idea into people. In a friendly environment; both start drawing a web on paper so that client feels conformable. While client was transforming the idea into paper, planning member was giving him suggestions. After 1 hour of meeting both came up with conclusion of website and best thing was, client was looking satisfied.

After departure of that man, planning person call the developer in his room and explain the main points of meeting. He also added, Now ball is in your court and I hope you satisfy the client by your work in same way, in which I did an hour before. This statement is basically for motivating the developer to deliver the best of him.

After a week developing department reported that their work for superbwebsitedesign.com has been completed. The developer uses the PHP language to develop it and also added CMS (content management system) so that in future company can use the website in diversified ways.

Planning member call the client in office and start talking about the graphic designing for his website. Client said, As my website is for developing website and I hope that will rock so I want to add graphic by using java and some others which can make my web attractive.

After getting the image of clients mind, he call his best graphic designer and said to client to catch up with this person so that he suggested you best way. In that meeting graphic designer show him some exceptional theme made by him for other client to proven the capability and said, All theme made by us in house we do not believe on buying the theme from internet market.

Graphic department as a whole work on that website for 2 days and make the attractive theme on java and also added the content is bit different way that it look more professional and attractive.

In less than 10 working days the company develops the most efficient website and calls the client to check it. Managing Director who was busy while Planning Department handling client said, we work as team of friend and so we deliver you what other cannot.
