Copy keynotes in your iPad
Plug in your device to the PC
Go to apps
Scroll down to the File Sharing Menu
You will notice Add and Save buttons but no delete button
For deleting the specific entry you need to tap it first
Now press the Delete key from your keyboard
If you are using iPad then the option of Delete will appear
Tap on the Delete button to remove the entry
Press the Apply button to sync the device
This will remove it from iTunes. To remove it from your iPad or iPhone you need to perform the following steps:
Launch Keynote on your iPad/ iPhone
Go to the storage area for the documents
Tap the Edit button located on the top right corner
Choose the file that you wish to delete from the list of icons
Tap the Trash can icon located on the top left bar of the screen
This will delete the keynotes entry completely from your iPad or iPhone. Now you have a visibly organized menu and file display.
