You must change your beliefs immediately if you are to ever experience financial success in your business.
Are you attracting people who require a lot of hand holding and reassurance before starting any activities in the business? What does that say about you? Do you like to micro-manage or have a lot of control over the results and people in your life and business? Do you lack trust in other people's abilities to be effective and successful? You have to let go of these limiting beliefs if you want to achieve massive success in your network marketing company. Your goal is to train and produce independent workers. Be confident in your ability to train others and know that they will duplicate your success. Otherwise, they will duplicate your mistrusting, micro-managing leadership style and none of you will ever make money.
I could go on and on about the different types of person you could be being. The bottom line is you want to look objectively and thoroughly at the people you are bringing into your business and the people that you are bringing into your life. The two will parallel. If you do not like the results you are getting, then it is time for you to look introspectively at who you are being to attract those people. They are a mirror reflection of you.
Then go to work on changing your thoughts, feelings, behaviors and actions so that you can create the business success you desire and accomplish your goals. There are a lot of companies that offer mindset training. The bookstores sell hundreds of personal development books. The assistance you may require is out there. Get it, but only if you are serious about increasing your network marketing sales to get you closer to achieving your dreams.
