I've been stumbled across heavy misinformation regarding acne. There are many false myths spreading like wildfire. I just cannot understand how people will digest that overwhelming information.

I know that various plants can give you quick remedy for acne. But, there are also various sources about those plants that are spreading across the web. I don't know which plant is good for you to eliminate your acne right now.

But, I've recently stumbled across a kind of plant that can effectively cure acne, but is neglected by general population about its effectiveness. Probably, you never heard of it, or probably you are so familiar with it. I don't know though.

This plant is called fenugreek. They say that it is also called Greek hay or something. Other people called this plant methi. I don't know where this plant comes from, but it is surely effective to cure your acne. I have no doubt about it.

This plant is known as herb that is really effective to cure various skin disorders. Methi or fenugreek can be used as acne treatment. I'm sure about it.
