The drug is generally well tolerated but in some uncommon cases it may cause headache, diarrhoea, abdominal pain and other gastro-intestinal disorders. It is also known to cause hypersensitivity reactions like angioedema, chest pain, fatigue, rash and arthralgia. You may also experience runny nose, sore throat, sneezing, and joint pain.
