I recently put a contractor on to do some work for us and I must say things started
out nicely but when they dont return emails or do not action changes they say they wil then this is seriously bad customer service. As a graphic design sydney studio we need things done quckly nad in this day and age when you have access to so much technology and communications I cant see why its so hard to stay in contact and let us know the status of a project. If I have to chase them for information with a guilty feeling with each email/phone call I make to them, then that is very bad customer service and its not someone I want to partner with.
