First, it depends on the company, because some companies have good resale value and some not. Second, it depends on the model of the car, if it's the latest model then it would be quite costly and if it is an outdated model then you can get more rebate and third or the final depends on the condition of the car, if it is well maintained car then you have to pay high price for it but if the car is not so well maintained then you can easily negotiate.
