1. Understand that women are not looking for perfection.

No matter how many times that you hear a woman say that she is looking for Mr. Right, or the perfect guy... the truth is that most women are not looking for perfection. This should alleviate a lot of the stress that you may be feeling. When you get the idea that you have to be perfect to attract women, it can make things seem a LOT more pressing than they really are, and that can make you lose any confidence that you might have.

2. Work your way up the ladder.

Now, this is something that women will hate to hear, and so will those guys that try to be a male feminist, but it will make you gain a lot of confidence if you start off approaching regular looking women and then work your way up to the prettier ones. Just keep it in mind that you are not looking to find the one woman to spend the rest of your life with, you are just trying to gain some confidence around women. So, get comfortable around the average women, and then you can confidently work your way up to the more attractive and desirable ones.

3. Learn to just have fun around women.

Any pressure that you might be feeling that will make you feel less confident, is most likely all coming from YOU and no one else. Kick back and learn to have a good time when you are around women. Realize that the whole point of meeting, dating, and attracting women is to have fun and enjoy yourself.
