The best exercises to build huge musculararms is dips, close grip bench-press and barbell curls. You are probably wondering why I have close grip bench-press and dips which are two exercises that does not focus on the biceps and just one exercise that focuses on the biceps.
Well let me explain, the upper arm mass when measuring how thick the arms is comprised of the tricep muscles. Which are the muscles on the back of the arm not the biceps, the bicep muscle only makes up about 1/3 of your upper arm mass! So if you want bigger arms the fastest way is to focus on compound movements like dips and close grip bench-press that will stimulate more muscle fibers and nerves. The absolute worst exercise to do when training the triceps is triceppushdowns. This is an isolation movement and only shapes the muscle this exercise will not increase the size of your arms.
When performing arm curls be sure to use a barbell instead of an EZ curl bar with the barbell you are using more muscle fibers and nerves which will stimulate the muscles a lot better than an EZ curl bar. The EZarmcurl bar take away the use of the forearms which results into less nerve activity in the bicepsand forearms. So if you can toleratea normal barbellI would suggest sticking with it. If you begin to experience pain in your forearms then you are overtraining and should definitely take a week off and cut back the number of sets you are performing when doing this exercise.
