, as in an organization your team is the primary source of your social identity. Good teams with co-operative members influence the performance of the employees by boosting their morale. If you have a team and want to make it progressive then the following tips might come in handy.

Move out of your comfort zone: It is very easy to work with people you are most comfortable being with, but comfort does not lead to success. You should be ready to work with new people in your team, as a great team is one that is aware of the strengths and weaknesses of each other. Unless you are open to work with new people, you will not move out of your comfort zone and will be unable to succeed as a team.

Involve your team mates: For having proactive and motivated teams involve your team mates by assigning them duties and handing over responsibilities. This will make them feel important and motivate them to work harder.

Work in pseudo teams: Unless you work with your teammates you will never realize their drawbacks. To find a correct team set up demo teams and work on sample projects together. This way you will develop a good rapport with each other and also understand who you are compatible working with. For example; you can make a team and meet up for a day, develop a new product concept and plan its launch. This way, you even can spend time with your teammates and also have an experience of working with each other.

Set challenging goals: Setting up goals that are realistic yet challenging can work wonders. This motivates your team mates and makes them work hard to attain the goals.

Meet potential people: Do you remember the saying 'A man is known by the company he keeps'? Make it a point that you are in good company with potential people who may affect your business. You can end up meeting your right team mates this way.

Trust your teammates: Trust is an important factor when it comes to group work. It is very important to believe in your team mates. Believing your teammates helps you to share the responsibilities and makes a progressive team.

Maintain transparency: When you are working in a team it is very important that you maintain the required amount of transparency. Communicate with your employees all the required information and details. Share all the important emails, memos and updates. This motivates your team members to work together as a group.
