Here are a few to start off with. I look to work with people who are good listeners and listen to mentoring. If they don't, what's the point of working with them? The person must be capable. The people you work with ought to understand that you have a proven system for success. They must bring a wide open mind, a profound passion for wisdom, and leave their egos at the front door.

As a matter of fact, people with very hard-nosed egos are the preferred kind. they do not challenge everything you try to teach them because they are not insecure. If a person doesn't listen when you coach, or challenges every proven method, you try to train them, that person will not become a business builder. Don't dwindle time on such people.

Match their energy , enthusiasm and drive, but never exceed it. You cannot drag your people across the finish line. They must want to run to the finish line and succeed themselves. If their energy is sufficient to become customers, teach them how to be the good customers, and leave it at that. Devote your real energy to people who want to become business builders.
