We all know that puppy mills are bad news and they must be stopped! How can you do your part in stopping puppy mills?

1. Do not purchase a puppy mill dog! By doing so, you are supporting puppy mills. How do you know if your dog is from a puppy mill? Generally speaking, you should avoid purchasing a dog if the seller refuses to let you see his facilities and meet the mother dog. Puppy mill dogs can be found online and in pet stores, so exercise caution.

2. Do not purchase pet supplies from any pet stores that sell puppies more likely than not, these puppies came from a puppy mill. Don't reward vendors who do business with puppy mills!

3. Support your local ASPCA or Humane Society sign a pledge to put a stop to puppy mills!
