How to Enter God's Presence during Prayer

Entering God's presence entails knowing what he expects from you, so that gaining approval and acceptance can become easy. One area you need to consider is to be born again.

Become Born Again

God's word declares in John chapter 3 verses 3, that except a man is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God. You must repent and be birthed into God's kingdom. You must forsake or stop sinning. It is written, if any man be in Christ. He is a new creature, old things are passed away, and behold all things are become new.

Put away lying, stealing, fighting, abusive language, fornication, adultery, quarrelling, smoking of marijuana and cigarettes (Indian hemp included), drinking of alcohol, etc. You must say bye to old sin partners, boy friend girl friend, sugar daddy, sugar mummy, etc.

Show Remorse for Sinful Life

You have heard that Jesus died for you, to take away your sins. As such you must be sorry for sins you have committed. Pray to God confessing your sins to Him and asking for forgiveness in Jesus name. The Holy Scriptures says in the book of Romans chapter 10 verses 13 that "whosoever shall call upon the name of the lord shall be saved".

Breakaway from Sin

Once you confess your sins and ask for forgiveness as you call upon God through Jesus Christ, believe that you have been heard and forgiven, and you shall be saved. You shall be saved here implies that you shall be delivered or freed from the bondage, condemnation, and judgment of sin.

Continue in Christ

Now that you are free from sin or made new by the blood of Jesus, you must stay free from sin. Do not go back to sin again. Let Jesus be your lord and master as you continue in him. Let him control where you go, what you drink, what you accept, and what you do. Join a bible based church, read your bible daily, pray daily, and tell others about your new found life in Christ Jesus.
