Flirting with girls should be an easy thing to do, right? 1. Don't appear to be too needy for her attention and approval. Even if she is flirting back with you, if you show a woman that it means a little too much to you, then you are going to look a little needy and desperate. And that is basically like signing a death warrant. She will NOT look at you like the kind of guy that she wants to date, only the kind of guy that she might be friends with.

2. Don't give her all of you at once. There is something to be said about delayed gratification. It's a human thing to want what we cannot have right away, and this builds attraction with a woman. So, play a little hard to get with her. Confuse her a little on purpose and you will start to have an effect on her. Whatever you do, don't crack and give in. Then it will lose all of it's effectiveness.

3. Make sure you get her phone number or e-mail. If you are going to be able to really get something on with her, then you have to have a way of contacting her again. Don't be shy about getting her phone number or e-mail address. As long as you have been doing your thing and she is not in a relationship, she will be more than willing to supply you with the digits. To prod her along, a good little trick is to hand her your cell phone and have her put it in right there on the spot.
