Here are 3 mistakes that you do not want to make when flirting with a woman:

1. Do not ask her questions that are too personal in the first few minutes.

I've seen it happen to a lot of guys. They will be flirting with a woman, not doing too badly at all, and then they ask a really personal question and it is just too soon for them to go there. What usually happens? The woman gets a little uncomfortable, wants to leave the situation, and usually finds a way to brush him off. Next thing you know, the guy is wondering what happened when everything seemed to be going all right for him. Don't get too personal too soon with a woman. It will make things worse in the end.

2. Do not focus 100 percent of your attention on her right away.

This might go against the grain of all of that traditional advice on flirting that you have been spoon fed your entire life, but giving her 100 percent of your attention right away takes away some of the fun that needs to be there. Part of the fun of flirting for both men and women is to kind of win the other person's attention and if you just hand it to her too soon, you take away a lot of that fun.

3. Do not be too shy to ask for a date or a phone number if things are looking good for you.

If the vibe is just right, if she is constantly smiling and flirting back and forth with you, then don't be afraid to ask her for her number or even a date. If you wait too long, hoping to get the timing just right, chances are you will never make your move and you might never see her again. And, even if you do end up seeing her again, next time, the vibe just might not be there.
