People are often wanting to know how to win back an ex after the break up of a relationship. Sometimes issues get out of hand and also painful things are mentioned. It doesn't mean that there's simply no hope for the relationship to get rebuild and to prosper later on.When you try too hard to get back an ex, it often backfires on you. Next, DON'T let yourself go. Just because your ex is no longer around is no excuse to go around unwashed and scruffy. It will only reinforce your ex's conviction that the break up was a good thing. Take care of yourself for your own satisfaction, and see what it gets you.

Then, DON'T become a recluse. Now that you can come and go as you please, go out and socialize with friends and family. Get a social networking account and hook up with long-lost classmates or friends. Join a club or enrol in some classes. Widen your horizons and become a more interesting person.
