Many teenagers have a hard times because high school is a very self-conscious place. If you have bad acne in high school many kids will try to belittle you. Yes a lot of teenagers are mentally strong and can take the abuse. But what about the kids who are not mentally strong. I'm talking about the kids what go home and look at themselves for hours thinking about how ugly they think they are.

What I have just said is a reality for many people. But in this article I hope to help the same people by giving them some easy tips they could use to get rid of their acne. I have used these methods on myself and they have worked very well for me.

1. Eat more fruits.

Fruits are a great way to keep your skin healthy. If you eat at least 2 fruits a day I guarantee you will see massive changes in your skin.

2. Honey.

If you rub honey on your pimples it will help get rid of the pimples on your skin. Make sure the honey is warm and leave it on your pimples for 10 minutes.

3. Drink 8 cups of water a day

If your drink at least 8 cups of water a day this will guarantee you clear skin. When you drink water it completely clears your body of all the bad toxins. Drinking water is a very effective acne treatment.
