1) Women are attracted to guys that don't seem to really hang much of their confidence on whether or not women like them.

Having that indifference about whether or not women like you can be appealing. Why? Because it goes against the grain of how most people are. Most people care on some level whether or not they are liked, and it causes them to feel insecure in certain situations. When people see someone that just does not seem to care so much, it's a quality they envy and admire. That's not to say that you want to adopt the attitude where you don't look your best or you act like a jerk, just don't make it apparent that you want women to like you.

2) Women are attracted to guys that socialize.

This might seem like a direct contradiction of the point above, but it does not have to be. You can still be very social and not care if people like you. When you know how to work a room and you come across as the kind of guy that can adapt to any social situation or setting, you automatically come across as VERY attractive to women. Women tend to place a lot of importance on social behaviors, and having the ability to socialize wherever you go is a big one.

3) You need to be able to flirt with a woman without looking like you are trying too hard to impress her.

The harder that you try to impress a woman when you flirt with her, the more likely it is that you will end up failing big time. Being able to flirt with a woman and not have it be so obvious that you are trying hard is a good way to make women want more of you. Why? It shows that you are the kind of guy who's secure, who's not needy, and who knows how to just have a fun time flirting without all of that added pressure.
