1) Try to Add to Your Diet, NOT Take Away!
The problem with our dieting efforts is that they're so focused on taking things out! Well I personally love my chocolate, Taco Bell, and Dr. Pepper, so I don't want to give them up!
Instead, there's other ways to lose weight. For example, have you tried adding more fruits and veggies to your meals? If you do that and eat them first, you'll be too full to gorge on the nasty stuff like complex carbs and high-calorie meats.
Then you can enjoy your sweet stuff a little more because you'd have eaten less calories throughout the day, so you can still lose weight.
2) Start snacking like crazy!
I'm not saying to eat a candy bar every 2 hours here! Even though that'd be nice, it just doesn't work to burn off fat.
But instead try packing fruits and veggies to eat throughout the day while you're at work, school, or home.
By snacking on these healthy foods throughout the day, you'll keep up your metabolism but may end up eating less in the end.
3) Eat more honey! This really sugary food is actually VERY healthy for you. And because the sugars are 100% natural, its easy for your body to digest them without negative side effects.
