We must learn how to prioritise what we want, and from speaking to many of my clients the one thing they would like when they get into a bikini is to have some sexy abs. Therefore lets start there. Sit ups are great here; the experts recommend performing 3 sets of 20 reps. This program should be repeated 3 times per week to maximise your progress. Toning your legs and bum is also a very popular area when shooting for a bikini body, and I would recommend the same range of repetitions and sets as for sit ups but try squatting. If you do both of these exercises in the same workout you will turbo charge your progress.
How to Get a Bikini Body Nutrition
The key to nutrition is variety and moderation. Cutting out any foods is a big no no here. This will help keep your diet sustainable and enjoyable, but I would HIGHLY recommend cutting down foods high in fat and sugar. To really help you on your way to getting a bikini body, eat foods high in protein which will help you to stay full, and not go for the nearest cookie. You will satiated for much longer if you do this.
Supplement sweet treats for water! The feeling of hunger is one of the most common explanations why people fail any diet. Drinking plenty of water is an extremely effective way to remedy this feeling of hunger. One secret advantage of sipping ice cold water is that your body uses up calories heating it up to body temperature.
