How to Leverage Your Strengths

Why should you live a life of misery? It ruins all your economic, financial, and sociological success in long terms. This is no fairy tale, but it does sound funny. Harnessing your strengths and growing that seed, that passion is what works for you in the future. Developing your inner passion, your most longing aspect of life can fulfill your dreams and ultimately inject happiness in your life. So how do you leverage your strengths? How? Do what makes you happy. Don't just work somewhere for cash, well you can for beginning purposes but ultimately you want to be working where you heart is, where your true passion is that's where you'll find happiness.

Leveraging your strengths means you are using as much talent as possible to make others happy. Well, lets start with your strengths. What are your strengths? Would is your inner passion or desire? Once you answer these questions you'll be on your way to establishing a foundation. This foundation then could be used to either start a career, make more money, or help other people. It can be all three of those if you consider others in the equation. For example if your inner passion is bicycling like mine, then your going to have to follow bicycle news, new products, and updates. Then you must either choose to work in a bicycle shop I haven't decided yet so this idea is open. Then you are going to have to figure out how to make money with your passion. Bicycling is easy you can either sell, make, or help advertize bicycling. The helping part comes into play when you love it so much you can perform it for a lower fee or no cost at all for a couple times just for the love of your passion. This is what it means to help others with your talents.
