1. Cut down on eating any fast food, even the "healthy" meals. Now, the fast food companies have done a lot to kind of give off the impression that their food is healthier now, and it really might be when compared to say, 20 years ago. But, you are still going to end up packing on the pounds if you continue to make fast food a regular part of your diet. You don't have to do aerobic exercise everyday, you can get by with a minimum of 3x per week.
