For one reason or another you are now single, and you don't like it. At all. What you'd like, would be to get back to him or her. However, all the pleading and begging doesn't work. You get all your calls rejected and your emails are unanswered. So you desperately want to make your ex regret that you're not together anymore. But how?

Fist thing you need to do, is to stop harassing your ex. This means no more calling and texting, no more emails, and no contact. At all. This will allow you to take some time off, and resume your life. It's hard, but nobody said it's easy.

Not calling and texting, and emailing, will give you some spare time. Use this time to think about what you've done wrong, and what you've done right. You will learn from the good and the bad, and know yourself better. You will be surprised that your ex will react quite positively when he or she finds you that you're not trying to change him/her anymore, but instead you're working on changing yourself. This will make your ex regret breaking up with you.

Another thing you can do is to give yourself more attention. Start doing something you like. Try a hobby, catch up on your reading, meet with your friends and family, hit the gym, buy new clothes. Have fun! All these will help you feel better about yourself, and be sure that your ex will find out what you're doing. He or she will be interested in the new, different, and wonderful you!

By doing all of the above, enough time passed since you did no call your ex. He or she will start wondering what happened to you. He or she will call you and want to meet you. And when this happens, you ex fill find you - the new you, confident and sexy. He or she will regret breaking up with you, and he or she might even plead you to take him/her back before somebody else will get interested in the new you.
