How to Make Your Eyes beauty and Look Bigger
Before starting my article I will like to say a few words about health.
"Every human being is the author of his own health or disease."
"He, who has health, has hope. And he, who has hope, has everything."
"It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver."
Have you been wondering how to make your eyes look bigger? This is a question asked by so many with smaller looking eyes. There are a few makeup tips that can help make your eyes look bigger.
First, line the upper eyelids with a thin line of not black eyeliner. The black eye liner can make your eyes look smaller not bigger. Use a brown, or dark gray, or even a dark blue if you'd like. Be sure to put the liner on thin. Thin eyeliner allows the eye to open up and seem bigger. Also be sure that the eyeliner is applied evenly. You don't want one eye seem bigger than the other. Clean up the eyeliner with a q-tip if it is uneven or smudged. Remember that lining the whole eye will make the eye look smaller not bigger. If you want to line the bottom, use a white liner. This will help in making your eye look bigger.
The next step is to cover eyelids with a light eye shadow. This should go all over the eyelid. Cover the lid from the eyeliner to the eyebrow. Go out to the outer part of the eye as well, you know on the bone of the outer eyelid. Use a color like a nice, complimenting cream or a smooth, peach color. Make the color work for you. Just don't make it a dark, heavy color.
After you have your base eye shadow, you will need to accent the eye and continue with the bigger eye look. Get some silver, or white, or any shinny, light colored eye shadow. You will use this color on the very outer eyelid. Put this shinny color under the last little bit of the eyebrow. Then follow the line of the eyebrow down to meet up with the bottom of the eye. You will also want to put this shinny or silver eye shadow on the very insides of the eye. Where the top eyelid meets the bottom eyelid near the tear duct. Put a bit of silver eye shadow there and it will make your eyes pop. Your eyes will look bigger and more beautiful.
Once you have done these steps, your eyes should be looking bigger already. If you want to put on some darker eye shadow, limit the amount you apply. Sometimes a little darker purple, brown or blue adds dimension to the eyes. If you are one to like some darker eye shadow, the just apply it in the crease of the eyelid. Try not to go past the bone of the eye on the eyelid, if you wish to make your eye look bigger. The more dark eye shadow you apply, the smaller your eyes will look. Keep the eye shadow light and bright, with a touch of darker shades to add depth to your eyes.
Now it's time to add some mascara. Mascara is a good way to make your eyes look bigger. The darker eyelashes widen the eyes and open them right up. Apply mascara to the tops liberally. To complete the look, also apply mascara to the bottom lashes. Do not get the bottom lashes goopy though. Keep all lashes clean and even. As with eyeliner, black is not the only color for mascara. There are great browns, blues, and lighter blacks.
Another way to help make your eyes look bigger is to curl your eyelashes. The curve in the eyelash allows the eye to once again open up and look bigger.
So as you are trying different ways to make your eyes look bigger, keep these steps in mind. Don't rely on black as the only color for eyeliner or mascara. Use soft, light shades of eye shadow over the whole eyelid. Put some silver or shinny, white eye shadow on the outer edge and inside corners of the eyes. When adding a darker shade of eye shadow, remember to limit the coverage of the eyelid.
