Eight Weeks before Relocation: Make a folder where you can keep receipts and other documents related to the move. Start getting moving estimates from professional movers and packers companies. Explore and research the location where you are shifting to. Make sure where everything will go in the new home.

Seven Weeks before Relocation: Start gathering important paper workers and documentations such as; medical records, children's school records, certificates, etc. Cancel any memberships you have to the organization or clubs. Get in touch with your insurance policy agent to talk about insurance requirements for your move and collect insurance documents.

Six Weeks before Relocation: Make a comprehensive list of all your valuables. Make a list of all relatives and associates you need to inform about your shift or when you are shifting to a new home. On the Moving Day: Check rooms, basement, and garage and make sure nothing is left behind. Leave a note on the door for the new tenants so that they can forward any letters, courier or parcels still arrive here for you.
