The best way to overcome panic and anxiety is the natural way. Well for starters this is the safest method that I can let you know of. I am a left handed person and I am learning that I am very sensitive to drugs and pretty much any thing else for that matter.

I would also like to add that you should avoid any alcohol or cigarettes as this will just make things way worse.
