Write your contact details on the top of the resume. Mention your full name, address and telephone number along with the e-mail ID. Use the simple font for contact details. Make your name bold. Use the font styles like Arial or Times New Roman. Re-check this information for any errors as the employer is going to contact you on these details.
Divide your resume into different resume sections like objective, work history, academic credentials and skills. Make these headlines bold and list the relevant information under these headings.
Write the short job objective in the objective section of resume. Job objective is the short summary of your career goals and explains to the employer what you can provide to the company.
For writing the work experience in the chronological format, list the most recent experience in the beginning followed by the next recent and so on. This will make employer to know about your recent job details and possessed skills. Also, mention the names and contact details of your previous employers.
Your academic history can also be written in chronological format. Mention the most recent degree or qualification in the beginning and the next recent degree following it. Also mention the names of the college or university from where you passed the degree.
