Rusty areas treated with lemon juice also help a lot. Lemon performs the same way as vinegar does.
Another useful tip is the use of baking powder over small rusty areas. But, baking powder should be mixed with enough amount of water to stick well. And the rusty part is left with paste for enough time.
Use wire wool against rusted area and scrub with wire wool harder to get effective results. Scrubbing followed by little bit applying of oil also works in great manner. Vinegar loose down the rust and rubbing process removes it.
If the rust on wrought iron furniture is too hard, then sand paper can be used in this case. Sandpaper offers best solution for removing stubborn rust on furniture.
