How to Put Youtube Video on iPod

Need put a YouTube video into your ipod? Maybe you just finished watching Ghosts by michael jackson for the 50th time on YouTube

? With almost 81 million views, the video is popular! For goodness sake, why not just download it once and for all, convert it into MP4, put into your ipod , and enjoy to it wherever you go!

Michael jackson's not for me, but there are definitely a ton of music videos I wouldn't mind downloading into MP4 or H264 format from YouTube. Once you have it in MP4 or H264 format, you can use iTunes and transfer it to your iPod.

So you need to you find out some way to convert video you download if you ipod can not read this video and then put it to your iPod.

As with everything on the Internet, there are like 10 different ways to do this! You can either download a YouTube video as an FLV file and then convert the FLV to MP4 through by the converter software. Or you can use some free online tools to do the whole thing for you!

I tried many ways to do that. By far the easiest way to do this is using a ipod touch video converter software to put youtobe video into ipod.

To begin with the conversion, you need to select your your favorite videos on the Youbube and download the video on your computer.

Step 1: After the download finished. Install Cucusoft DVD to iPod touch Converter Suite and run this software. If you want to run this software on your Mac just download DVD to iPod touch Converter Suite for Mac.

Step 2: When you come into the main interface, you can note two menu bottoms with 'video to ipod' and 'dvd to ipod'. Just click 'video to ipod'

Step 3: Click the 'Open file' to import the video you want to convert and Click 'Output' to set up the file you want to put the video after conversion. When you finish this setting,click 'Convert' to start converting video to iPod MP4 or H264 files.

Note: Before converting, you can click 'Advance -> Video settings' to set 'Video format', 'Resolution', 'Framerate', 'Output Quality'. If you'd like to convert video to H264 files, please set 'Video format' to 'H.264 FQ Variable Bitrate'. 'MPEG4(.mp4) FQ Variable Bitrate' is the default value. Certainly, you can also set 'Audio Bitrate', 'Channels', 'Sample Rate' and 'Volume' in 'Audio Settings' page.

Step 4: When the conversion completed. Transfer the iPod videos to iTunes by draging or clicking "File -> Add File to Library". Now, you can enjoy them on iTunes. Then hit "File -> Update iPod" to sync to your iPod.
