How to STOP doubting your intentions:
The truth is, when we doubt anything, we put ourselves in a bit of a no win situation, let me explain, if you doubt you can lose weight for example then not only do you put yourself in a lacking mode of not losing the weight, but you also make yourself feel bad by doubting! so to me that is a no win situation.
WHAT IF... you stopped doubting and began letting go?
The first positive that will happen when you let go of some of the doubts (and eventually all of it) you will begin to feel better, and as you know when you FEEL better then you attract better things to you.
How to identify the doubts
What you can do is, take a piece of paper out, and begin writing your goal out. What thoughts come to mind? e.g. 'I can't do this' 'How am I going to this' etc... can you see these are all linked to a doubting that your goal will manifest? if we doubt then all you get back is more doubt, law of attraction...

Tapping on the karate chop point: Even though I don't think my goal will manifest and that makes me feel _____ I choose to love and accept myself anyway
Even though I doubt i'll be able to achieve this goal, I know that if I release my doubt I'll have a much better chance, so I choose to let go and allow myself to have it... now.
Even though this goal might seem impossible to me, I deeply and completely love and accept myself
Eyebrow - I can't have this goal
Side of the eye: Yes I can if I let go of the doubt
Under the eye: It's impossible
Under the nose: how do I know it's impossible
Chin: It is possible
Collar Bone: I just need to let go of my doubt...
Under the arm: and I choose to do that now
Eyebrow: I am letting go now...
Side of Eye: It feels so good to be in control of my thoughts
Under Eye: I love releasing this doubt
Under Nose: It feels so right to let go of this doubt
Chin: I now let go of this doubt
Collar Bone: This doubt is gone!
Under the arm: and I feel at peace...
