You can use Google Advanced Search option to search all of Craigslist at once. All that you need to do is to type craigslist.org in the field labeled as 'Search within a site or domain' and then put your search terms in the field 'Find web pages that have all these words' and Voila! You will get what you want.
Google Search Shortcut
There are also shortcut methods that retrieve the same results. To do this, you need to use 'site' operator and the search syntax would be as follows
site:craigslist.org "your search terms"
Other Websites
There are many websites that offer decent and effective search engine solutions for Craigslist. Such a website is allofcraigs.com in which you can search Craigslist and refine your search by category and location. Additionally, this site offers a numeric refinement that allows you to choose a range for price, product specification or mileage.
Another useful site is searchallcraigs.com which offers almost similar service as above. It basically incorporates Google search parameters and is dedicated to search the entire Craigslist.
