For some people, the anxiety becomes too much for them to control on their own, and in this case, a medical solution might be the best fit. Of course, some people are naturally weary of medical solutions for these kinds of issues, so you may also want to look into finding a solution that does not require medicines or prescriptions as well. However, you may want to seriously pursue a medical solution while at the same time searching for more natural solutions so that you can get a handle on this right away.
