. Not only look at yourself but also look at others that you surround yourself with. Are your friends always READY? If not could you help them be so? If they are not willing to change I would suggest finding new friends. It has always been said that you are only as good and as rich as the people you hang out with. I am always sure to surround myself with READY individuals because I know that will make me a better person and my bank account grow larger.
