I think the best exercise for the legs is the 45 degree angle Leg Press and is by far the safest as well.I know am going to get a lot of bad comments because many feel that Squats is better for growth. But hey if you want to load up your back and shoulders with an excess of 300 pounds be my guest. Squats are very dangerous and you could suffer a serious back of leg injury. By far the safest exercise for growth is the Legpress.

When performing this exercise we are going to do drop sets that will totally destroy your quads, glutes and hamstrings. For instance, after performing a set of leg presses have your gym partner lower the weight then perform another set with little or no break. Once that set is completed have your gym partner lower the weight once again and knock out another set. 3 sets of triple drop sets will make your legs grow fast!

For example I will start with 8 plates on each side then after my first set drop a 45 pound plate from each side and then perform another set, then drop another 45 off of each side an then knock out another set. This is easier if you have a gym partner. But I do have to warn you don't do this two often. I would say twice a month max to avoid overtraining. If your legs don't grow from this then go start a new hobby!
