Apply with a soft brush, and leave to work for a few minutes before wiping off. If using greater quantity of cleaning products, gloves should be worn to avoid possible skin irritation. Ideally, cleaning will be completed on a weekly basis, though the greatest deciding factor regards how frequently the fire is used. In warmer months, when it perhaps isn't used so much, cleaning can be reduced to nothing more than a flick with a duster.
