Share: I am a fitness mom,and I know a lot about training and nutrition and I have been straight in my body all my life even when I grow up, I am a apple shape/ruler so when I gain weight it goes
straight to my upper body like my breasts,belly and back and arms,I was really tired of looking
like a girl even if I was 26 years old,I felt bad about my body..
And then I read an article about "gain curves in the right places" in a magazine
It said that if you train your body with weights, you will create more curves by adding muscles
in the right places,and I was so happy! So I read all about training and nutrition and started to working out and also used a good diet plan to gain muscles
After 7 month of hard workout and a diet plan,all my friends and family was amized by my body progress and I got a lot of compliments from a lot of people
And after 3 years of strict training and diet I looked like a total different body type, I went from an apple shape/ruler to an hourglass figure
So here are some tips for you to gain more curves:
1, Be patient! because it takes time to gain muscles,you will see some results in a couple of months,but the real changes comes after 1-3 years depending on your genetics on building muscles..
2, Be strict with your workout,do not skip a workout just because you don't feel like it that day,muscles are lazy,so if they see a chance to be lazy,they will take it,you need to force your muscles to grow to give them a challenge to grow
3, Plan well, Get a good workout plan and stick with it,plan the days,your exercises,how many times a week etc
4, If you are straight in your body type, you should have focus on your lower body to create
more fullness and this will give the illusion of wider hips,butt and thighs with a smaller waist
5, Eat healthy and clean food even if you are bulking up,this will help you to gain muscles better and also you will be more healthy and gain fat in "the right places" ( but if your genes gives you mostly belly fat, you will gain belly fat even with healthy food if you eat more than you need,but not as much if you should eat unhealthy, you would have gain even more belly fat)
6, To build muscles you need more protein from food and also you can add a protein shake after your workout,make sure to eat between 1-1.5 gram of protein a day
7, Activate your self daily with walks to give better blood flow to your muscles,this will also help you to build muscles better and faster, 20-30 min per day is a good deal
