So, you've decided that you're going to go ahead and have a psychic reading. The first thing to remember is that you've made a really good decision because you'll be getting advice from somebody who is entirely objective, has no emotional connection to the issue that you're discussing or the outcome and, no matter what you bring up, has seen it all before! As a result, you'll get a psychic reading that really is right for you.
If you've never had a reading before then it can be a bit daunting. If you're like me you'll have been brought up with the image of an old lady swathed in scarves being very dramatic over a crystal ball at the end of a pier.
I've no doubt that there may be some people like that but, believe me, psychic readers are just normal people like you and me. You have certain skills, I have certain skills and so do they. It just so happens that they are able to tap into a source of information that we can't. They are driven by a desire to help people. That's why they do what they do. Not only do they want to help you move forward in your life by giving you the right guidance but they want you to have a good experience whilst you're talking with them.
Therefore, to help you get the most out of your psychic reading here are a few tips to help you prepare:
Set aside some me time' to make the call. You'll need about 30 minutes so try to have a quiet space where you know you'll not be interrupted.
Make sure that quiet space is also comfortable and, as a lot of the issues dealt with are emotional ones, you may need some tissues.
Know exactly what you want to get from your psychic reading. Sometimes it's hard to convey what we're feeling in words so just explain the situation. It's useful to write some notes down to ensure that you don't forget anything.
Don't be shy. You won't shock or upset your reader. And, whatever you discuss, they won't judge you either.
Be honest about what you want to know. Don't think If I ask this they might tell me about that.' Psychics are good but they're not that good. They need to have a target to focus on so you must show them where it is.
Keep a notepad handy when you're on the phone. It's easy to forget some things and you may want to review the discussion later.
Ask questions. Many people who are sceptical don't take part in the conversation because they think the psychic is fishing for information. This is a very silly viewpoint. Good readers don't need to fish for information but they do need a two way conversation to keep the energy and information flowing. So, if they say something you don't understand or want to know more about then ask. After all, it is your reading.
After the reading take some time to think about what has been discussed and the guidance given. Certainly sleep on it before making any decisions. Sometimes the initial advice can lead us somewhere else completely. It's important that any decisions you make feel right for you. A reader will open doors for you and give you insights and information that you would not ordinarily have considered but it is important to follow your own wisdom too.
