Put a few drops of multipurpose solution, saline solution, or rewetting drops into your eye.

Blink continuously for upto15 seconds.

Place your fingertip on the edge of the contact lens and gently slide it to the white portion of the eye. After that, pinch it to take it out of the eye. Remember not to scratch your eye with your fingernail.
