The HP Officejet J4580 All-in-One is an amalgam of a printer

, fax, scanner and copier. With dimensions measuring 17.07 in width x 15.81 in height x 8.53 in depth and weighing around 13.03 lbs, the HP Officejet J4580 All-in-One comes with a power cord, phone cord and HP901 ink cartridges (tri-color) that prints up to 360 pages, while the HP 901 black cartridge can print up to 200 pages, a software CD, set-up poster and a starting guide for the fax machine.

An economical printer, the HP Officejet J4580 All-in-One offer solutions for increasing home productivity and lowering per page costs. It prints up to 28 pages per minute in black and 22 pages per minute in colour. Furthermore the HP J4580 provides high quality colour graphics and photos.

With an automatic document feeder, the HP Officejet J4580 All-in-One supports up to 30 pages and can copy, scan and fax unattended. The J4580 fax machine can send faxes at speeds of up to 33.6 Kbps.

In addition, the HP Officejet J4580 All-in-One can do borderless printing for sizes up to 8.5 x 11. The printer supports a print resolution of up to 600 x 600 dpi for black prints and up to 4800 x 1200 dpi optimized for select photo papers with 1200 x 1200 input dpi for colour printing.

The HP J4580 comes with a one line text LCD display and supports HP Adaptive Lighting and HP Auto Red-Eye removal Real Life technologies.

The paper sizes supported in this printer include - letter, legal, executive and cards with a duty cycle of up to 3000 pages. The HP Officejet J4580 All-in-One has a 100-sheet input tray and a 20-sheet automatic document feeder.

The J4580 supports connectivity in the form of a USB port, phone and ext phone.
