Red River, Washington, Tangipahoa, Concordia, and parts of Tensas Parish in Louisiana have great hunting, and if you look long enough in these areas you just might get a bargain. This of course depends on which part of the county you are looking for. Washington Parishes just north Covington of and will be cheaper because areas from this location are known as the hard hunting.
