Hyderabad is the largest and the capital city of the state of Andhra Pradesh

Air tickets are available on a daily basis and can be booked from the various ticket counters as well as online.

There are several direct trains from Hyderabad to Delhi like the Andhra Pradesh Express (12723), Bangalore Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express (22693), Andhra Pradesh Sampark Kranti Express (12707), Dakshin Superfast Express (12721) and a few more. The travel time is 24 to 26 hours on an average. These trains can be boarded either from Kacheguda or Secunderabad stations in Hyderabad and the trains halt at New Delhi or Hazrat Nizamuddin stations in Delhi.

Hyderabad to Delhi by road is 1656 kilometres which could be covered in around 23 hours depending on the road conditions and traffic. From Hyderabad, one can book different types of buses like Volvo bus, air conditioned bus, non air conditioned bus, deluxe, semi deluxe or sleeper buses online. Cabs and taxis can be hired as well and these rental services are available for any cab types like economy or luxury. The adventurous lot can drive all the way from Hyderabad to Delhi though it is not much advisable. Nagpur, Narasimhapur, Jhansi and Agra are some of the major towns in between.
