The truth is most of these work great to get the weight off quick but the problem is as soon as the customer stops doing whatever program they have chosen the weight comes back on and usually they end up worse off than when they started.

I not only help a customer to get to their goal weight but have their unconscious mind agree to keep them there and this is the difference. In most cases when the customer tries to lose weight there unconscious mind is actually working against them and that is why when they stop what they are doing and let their guard down the mind quickly puts the weight back on.

A big part of dealing with weight loss is uncovering and discovering and underlying, unconscious emotional factors that cause the customer to overeat or make poor food choices when they are stressed, anxious, bored, depressed, and so forth and then getting their mind to come up with new healthy choices to replace the old behaviors.

Be careful which hypnotherapist you decide to use to help you lose weight. There are some who aren't even hypnotherapists. So be sure to ask what other sort of issues they deal with and if they say they only work with weight loss avoid them as they will charge you a fortune and all they will do is tell you to close your eyes and read you a generic weight loss script to you that will not help in any way, shape or form because you aren't even in real hypnosis.

These kinds of so called hypnotherapists just set you up to fail. They presume the scripts they read are right for you and then irresponsibly try to install it into your mind. Fortunately it doesn't work as your mind is smart enough to reject what they try to impose on you but it still costs you allot of money and disappointment.

They may even offer you a life time guarantee but it won't be a money back guarantee. This because they know once they get your money they will see you three or four times and know you won't waste your time coming back after that.
