Dear All

I am a Hypnotherapist based in Sheffield and as well as talking about Hypnotherapy, I will be talking about other things, that I find interesting. But today I thought I ought to talk about my Hypnotherapy business and tell you a little more about how I have been using a bio feedback machine when working with my clients.

A particular client came to see me about weight loss, but she had also been suffering with heart palpitations.

Last month when she first came to see me, I connected her to my bio feedback machine and monitored her for the duration of the session. At the end of the session, her heart rate had gradually dropped throughout the 30 minute hypnotherapy session.

The only way to get effective help using Hypnotherapy treatment, is to find time on a daily basis to use the tailor made Hypnotherapy recording I produce. When I checked on her a week later, her heart palpitations had already started to ease.

A month later when she came for the next Hypnotherapy session, I connected her up to my bio feedback machine and her heart rate had dropped considerably since her last Hypnotherapy session. She was no longer suffering with heart palpitations and her blood pressure had already started to decrease.

The average heart rate for the first session was 82.79 bpm and this time the average heart rate was only 71.92. Which for me is good scientific proof that Hypnotherapy does actually work, by the way, she also said that she felt much better.

She was disappointed that she had only lost 5lbs over the month, however, I would only recommend loosing 8lbs a month anyway. I am sure her weight loss will accelerate this time, after her second Hypnotherapy session.
