When a relationship is new, and suddenly comes to an abrupt end for one reason or another, both you and your girlfriend may be somewhat in denial that this really is the end of the affair.

It is hard for a guy to admit the fact that their girl has walked away from them. Their male pride has been injured and a spirit of rejection can come in.

The result is that they are constantly dreaming of her soon return. The thought, how can I get her back? Is at the forefront of their thinking at this point.
