Once your partner sees that you are changing for the sake of your marriage, then they might feel that they want to spend time with you again. However, make sure that the time that you do spend together is quality time. For example set aside a day or half a day a week, whereby it is just the two of you. Maybe you can pack up a lunch, and go for a drive somewhere. Or visit your favourite beauty spot. Use this time to talk about how you are going to both move forward together and get your relationship back on track.

If you can put these things into action through this difficult time, then you just might start to turn your marriage around. However, this is just the tip of the iceberg. Your relationship crisis wasn't something that happened overnight and it cannot be fully repaired overnight.
