To use garlic you could crush a bit up and smooth it in the general area that hurts, you could eat it or you could even peel some, then wrap it in gauze and insert put it in your vagina for a little while.

Yogurt- this is used very similarly to garlic as you can use it both internally and externally. The important thing to remember with this is that the yogurt must be organic and completely sugar free to be acceptable for this use. When the yogurt is to be used internally; you will need to dip a tampon into it and wear the tampon for about 30 minutes or so. If you need soothing relief for the skin on the outer area of the vulva just rub some on. Otherwise it is always recommended that you eat several large servings every day.
