I Want Her To Trust Me - Ways To Make Her Feel Like She Can

I think that we all kind of instinctively know that trust is one of the key components

of a relationship that has to be present if you are going to venture into a long term situation with someone. It's hard to be able to envision yourself being with someone if you don't trust them or they do not trust you. After all, how healthy would it be for you to be suspicious of what she is up to or for her to wonder about the things that you do when she is not around? Sure, a little bit of that happens and that is natural, but overall, you do have to have a pretty solid foundation of trust in a relationship if you are going to be able to commit to one another for the long term, right?

Here are some ways that you can help a woman feel like she can trust you:

1) Try to control any fidgety body language that you might have around her.

Even those of us that are not really that into trying to interpret another person's body language will usually pick up on someone being fidgety and assume that this may mean that they are lying or trying to hide something. So, if you have the habit of acting fidgety around a woman, you might want to work on controlling that. It may be just a nervous thing that you do or a habit that you have, but you should try to put a stop to it if you can.

2) You want to be as open with her as you can be.

Of course, there is a line that you may want to tread carefully here. You don't want to be so much of an open read to her that it feels like you have nothing secret from her. We all like to feel like we have our privacy, even when we are in a relationship. Still, if you can be as open with her as you can be, then that should usually be enough to make her feel like she can trust you, even if you don't tell her everything that there is to know about you.

3) Let her know that you trust her.

One thing about trust in a relationship is, it is a two way street. You can't expect to have a woman place her trust in you if you are not willing to do the same with her. Show her and let her know that you do feel that way and then she will more than likely also feel that way about you.
