If you are not getting enough sleep you will begin to look gaunt.
Get out into the open, do not stay cooped up in your home. Go out with your friends, join a gym, take up a new hobby, don't be on your own. The problem with staying at home is that you will go over and over the events leading to your break up and this could lead to depression, so try and enjoy this time alone.
This is only the beginning in the quest to get your ex back. If you follow these instructions, and do it right you will be on your way to having your ex back in your arms again.
