I Was Officially A Victim But Later Been Rescued

I was completely disheartened and decided not to take the support from them. In that last 32 hours I was already expecting something like this so I started researching over other companies who can provide support for my Dell computer, I gone through many local technician websites and many professional ones and finally my search stopped at iYogi. There website was pretty sequenced and their testimonials and reviews said many good things about them. So I decided to try them out instead of dealing with Dell. I called them up instantly and after all the process of taking my details and all; I got connected to somebody called "Vivek". I explained him my problem and to which he assured me to resolve it. I was a little hopeful at that time but was also scared in building my hope to high. They asked me to follow few steps, pretty basic and changed few settings and asked me to reboot my system after the whole process of 30 minutes. I rebooted my system and put my DVD again and it started running again. That was Wao! I couldn't express my happiness to them on phone but I managed to thank them a lot. They offered me with a package of a year of their service and I didn't even think twice before taking it. I was that satisfied and no exaggeration to it. that's why I always said I was officially been a victim but later been rescued by a hero.
