I found a great site about video editing

Hey guys,

i found this great website the other day, i am a hobby editor by wich i mean i take my camera almost everywhere i go and on every (family) occacion :) i have movies from everything my kids births, birthdayparty's, the kids first steps, every vacation we ever took a whole lot of home movies, trips to city's museums, you name it i have it on tape, i have almost my whole famely's life on tape :-)

Well on hard disk actually, i have made 3 back-ups of every movie i have taken small or big just in case one hadr disk breaks i always have it on another hd. to make these movies look great ( we show them to famely members who come to visit :-)) i need good movie editing software. Now a days there are so many programs available that you can't see the trees trough the forest :-) not to mention in all types of price range.

Normaly i am a cheepskate but when it womes to a hobby, a serious hobby where i spend almost 3 hours a day on, i believe that i can spend some money because i use it everyday and it needs to produce great looking movies. A while ago my computer was doing some strange tricks granted i had him for 4 years which is a looong time for a pc to have, so i went to search the internet to see wich computer was best to fit my needs, which is avideo editing so i needed a monster with a powerfull graphics card etc.

As i was searching the internet i found this site:editingvideo.net, man i tell you this site is a great resource for everyone who is a hobbyst or profesional in editing, there are categories for every suite (software) available for editing, but also some great tutorials for all this great software, and some great books from wich i bought one for the program i use, i am not gonna mention here wich one because i don't know if that is accepted on this site. Believe me it is really worth it to go pay a visit to this site, even if your not in to editing, (who knows you might begin with it :-) ).

Anyway guys this is not a sales pitch i just tought it was worth mentioning it so other fellow editors might find this site interesting.
